Grey hair represents timeless “la poussiere du temps” as Martine Sitbon told an editor after the show. Walking to the light of the photographers, one after another it became clear that the Rue du Mail Spring Summer 2010 woman will wear dresses, shiny, matte, sometimes with ruffles. There was a lurex tank top with an embroidered kilt with sangles worn by Dree Hemingway.
Pleated work on many looks, a series of white dresses such as the look 28 which was a white dress embroidered with an organza colar. The nude color was also a present hue in the collection, draiped, pleated.
Animal touch with tone on tone embroidered motif as a patch in the center of certain dresses. Hand-painted watercolour pastel work as below.
A deep V-neck black cocktail frock with ruffles at the shoulders or bustier dresses had asymmetric silky fabric with pleated finish on one side, more than a succession of dresses, Martine Sitbon shared again her univers.
