Doing a Art show during New York Fashion Week has become an habitude for Andy Valmorbida and Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld. This time, in Collaboration with Bombardier Aerospace & VistaJet, the duo presented on the first day of Fashion Week “The Hallelujah World Tour”. The first New York solo presentation of RETNA. The exhibition drew an attendance of over 2000 from the worlds of art and fashion.
An integral fixture in the Los Angeles art scene since an early age, RETNA has participated in over 30 international exhibitions with countless works in the public realm, emerging as one of the most prolific graffiti artists in the contemporary art world. The Hallelujah World Tour features a selection of work incorporating this global language into a diverse range of mediums, including painting, sculpture, and photography.
After the opening, Fashion Week VIPs headed to Indochine for cocktails, where DJ Nick Cohen spun an amazing set.
Guests included the iconic Carine Roitfeld, Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Pat Tenore, PC Valmorbida, Thomas Flohr, Nina Flohr, Stavros Niarchos, Jose Parla, Tom Sachs, Richard Phillips, Mary Kate Olsen, Genevieve Jones, Gaia Repossi, Fabiola Beracasa, Chris Brown, Alexandra Richards, Carlos Souza, Derek Blasberg and many more.
