Leighton Meester showed up all Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2011 fetishized, handcuffed to a black crocodile lockit clutch featuring a pave diamond padlock and keyholder. The Gossip girl star wore a Louis Vuitton corseted dress made exclusively with cotton gros grain ribbons and leather bands. The dress was composed of more than 200 meters of gros grain, 100 meters of leather and took 130 hours of work. She wore patent calf leather laced ankle boots.
Actress Isabel Lucas wore a Louis Vuitton pleated coral gown in light silk satin, embroidered with coral beads. The gown had a back train, attached to the bottom of the gown and closed with a satin coral bow at the back of the neck. The gown took more than 150 hours of work and over 100 hours of work on the embroidery.
Actor Bradley Cooper wore a slim fit one button shawl collar tuxedo, made of wool and silk satin.
Socialite Vanessa Traina wore a Louis Vuitton coat in rigid resilla with a patent leather white collar and a black patent leather corset belt. She wore patent strap pump and carried an iconic lockit bag.
Socialite Claire Courtin wore an open back color block dress. The dress was a mix of 2 delicate fabrics, hammered silk and fluid lame silk. She wore Louis Vuitton ankle strap sandals and carried a Louis Vuitton capsule clutch.
Director Sofia Coppola carried a Sofia Coppola Louis Vuitton clutch made of silk satin.
The Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrated the opening of the “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” exhibition, featuring the late designer’s iconic work.
