Louis Vuitton “Epi is Magic” Featuring Claire Courtin

Introduced for the first time in 1985, the Epi leather has always been synonyme of color. To celebrate the iconic leather Louis Vuitton has not only created some new vivid and vibrante colors but has also reissued in limited edition the classic Tricolore Noe. To present this joyful collection the luxury house has tapped french heiress Claire Courtin-Clarins. Shot in black and white by Fabrice Laffont in the street of Paris, we get to see Claire by day and night all Epi geared up. Louis Vuitton’s Epi leather is transformed by color’s magic touch. Vivid, vibrant shades enliven its instantly identifiable grain, turning this enduring classic into a statement of modernity.

The Alma, dazzles in a dozen new rainbow hues from deep figue to daring fuchsia, spicy piment to zesty citron, striking cyan canard to subtle cacao, crisp menthe to cool grès. Gorgeously glossy, amande electric joins sophisticated patent black and prune. Each colour is a personal manifesto, the most stylish form of self-expression.

Soon more designs will join the party: first the new shoulder bag – casual, carefree and hands-free; then the iconic Petit Noé – the original Noé model was created in 1932 to hold five bottles of champagne. Both bring a sparkling new twist: limited-edition colour trios bursting with joie de vivre.
