Wednesday night, designer Molly Girard Coonan and best friend/muse Alice Barlow celebrated the launch of Barlow with a private dinner and afterparty hosted by Shopbop.com at the Lower East Side hotspot, Los Feliz in New York City.  Guests including Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Melissa George, Metric lead singer Emily Haines, White Collar hearttrob Matt Bomer enjoyed Los Feliz treats Coca-Cola Carnitas, Red Snapper Ceviche, and Mini Crab Tostadas along with speciality cocktails by celebrity mixologist Alex Ott. Actress Blake Lively looked beautiful in the Barlow maroon ponte lace up skirt from the upcoming Fall 2010 Collection. Designer Molly Girard Coonan wore her black ponte shoulder pad dress and brown cropped leather jacket from the Barlow Fall 2010 Collection Muse Alice Barlow wore the black vintage twill cargo coatdress Metric lead Singer Emily Haines rocked out in the poly ripstop bomber jacket over the grey shoulder pad tee, both from the Barlow Fall 2010 Collection. DJ Harley Vierra-Newton wore the black ponte dress from Barlow’s debut Spring 2010 Collection.

Monday night, the Cinema Society and Hugo Boss hosted a “don’t call it a New York premiere” screening in Chelsea, New York. After guests piled into the packed auditorium, Tarantino made his way to the front and began riling up the crowd. “Are you ready to see some bastards,” he boomed. Come on New York!
