For its Spring Summer 2010 Giambattista Valli presented a collection composed of mini dresses with 20’s inspiration. Embroideries inspired by antique carpets, fringe and feathers reinforced this jazzy 20’s spririt. Backstage, Valli revealed his inspirtationa which were coming artist such as Brancusi, Picasso, and Man Ray. Ruffled details and animal influences abounded, fusing elegance and edge. Mary-Kate Olsen and beau Nate Lowman, Elettra Rossellina Wiedemann, Bianca Brandolini D’Adda, Margherita Missoni and Leigh Lezark jetted to Paris Fashion Week to take their spot in the front row.
